Not feeling your new floor? No stress. With our Adore Your Floor Guarantee, you can swap out your Room to Explore flooring once during the warranty period. Just stop by your local Flooring America, we’ll help you find a style you adore.

• Hard Surface Flooring: Pick a new style from our Room to Explore hardwood, luxury vinyl, or laminate collections.
• Carpet: Chose carpet? No problem, you can switch it out for another option in the collection.
• Hassle-Free Process: We’ll take care of the product and installation. All you need to handle are the small details, like moving furniture and baseboards.

What’s Included and What’s Not

The Adore Your Floor Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind with your Room to Explore flooring. It offers a one-time replacement during the warranty period. However, please note that once the initial replacement has been made, additional claims cannot be accepted.

We want you to absolutely love the color and style of your new flooring, but the guarantee does have its limits**. It doesn’t cover incidents like flooding, fire damage, improper maintenance, custom installations, area rugs, or specialty designs. For a complete list of exclusions, feel free to reach out or visit your local team—they’re always happy to assist with any questions.

While this guarantee ensures your satisfaction with the look of your flooring, other warranties may apply for anything beyond that.

**Disclaimer: The Adore Your Floor Guarantee is exclusively for the original purchaser of a Room to Explore flooring product, and it requires professional installation by either a Flooring America retailer or an authorized independent installer. Replacement is limited to Room to Explore hardwood, laminate, or luxury vinyl flooring products if your original purchase was from one of these hard surface Room to Explore product categories. If your original purchase was from our Room to Explore carpet assortment, your replacement is limited to Room to Explore carpet flooring products. Area rugs and custom installations, including installations in a pattern, inlays, medallions, or borders, are excluded from the Adore Your Floor Guarantee, and no replacements are covered for such custom-installed flooring. Limit of one-time replacement during the warranty period. Adore Your Floor Guarantee does not cover incidents such as: flooding, fire damage, improper maintenance, custom installations, area rugs, specialty designs, and more. Guarantees and warranties are under the jurisdiction of each Flooring America store.
